Gold and silver for Tabeling in Brazil
Robin Tabeling, international badminton player sponsored by SERCOM Regeltechniek B.V., took a good first step on his way to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo during the 34th Brazil International Challenge 2019 in Campinas, Brazil. In the mixed doubles he ended first place with partner Selena Piek. Together with Jelle Maas, he achieved second place in the men’s doubles. A great start on his road to Tokyo!
The 25-year-old Tabeling recently signed a sponsorship contract with directors Jan-Willem Lut and André van Rooyen, which offers him the necessary financial support to enter the qualification process for the 2020 Olympic Games. With the 34th Brazil International Challenge 2019, this period has started for the global badminton players. The qualification will last until the end of April 2020.

Future events
The next event for Tabeling is to play for the Dutch team during the TOTAL BWF Sudirman Cup 2019 in Nanning, Guangxi in China. This is the unofficial world championship for mixed teams. This take place from May 19 until May 26 and points for qualification can be earned. The results and standings can also be viewed via tournamentsoftware.com. The next stop will be the European Games in Minsk in mid-June.
