Availability and deliveries during the holidays 2022
The end of the year is already in sight. By means of this message we would like to inform you about our opening hours and availability around the holidays. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Support during the holidays
SERCOM is closed at Christmas and on New Year’s Day. During these public holidays, which partly take place in the weekend, you can call the pager number for urgent matters.
During office hours, the Helpdesk can be reached to a limited extent via the reception during office hours between the aforementioned holidays (from 27 to 30 December) and will return to normal from 2 January via the well-known number.
Limited availability of products
Due to the annual inventory, no orders will be delivered from Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 December. Please keep this in mind when placing orders if you would like to receive these before Christmas.
After December 22nd, we can deliver again and from Monday, January 2 onwards, SERCOM will be fully active again.
