Second project at BTG Fruit (NL)
In 2022, the collaboration between SERCOM and VGB Watertechniek from Bunnik began, with an order soon being received from BTG Fruit from Zoelmond to supply a complete irrigation system, controlled by a Sercom SC800 process computer. Wireless connections were used between the main computer and the field stations.
This resulted in a higher yield and better product, and last year an expansion was realised at the same location. Last month, an order was placed to supply a similar system at BTG Fruit’s second location, this time in Buren. This time, too, this will of course be carried out in collaboration with VGB Watertechniek.
We expect this project to be operational during the autumn.
